Properties in the Brooktrails Township, generally known as Brooktrails (the southern portion of the map below) is subject to development review standards and a development review process consistent with the Brooktrails Specific Plan adopted by the County of Mendocino.
Prior to any grading, tree cutting or construction, a proposed development plan must be approved by the Township and by Mendocino County Planning & Building Services. Township staff (and District Architect as required) will be evaluating your proposal based on development review standards.
