1. If you selected a category from the bottom of the advanced search page, you will have the ability to search just that category.
2. A word can be excluded by putting the "dash" character before it.
3. A Phrase search can be used by putting the search words inside of quote characters.
4. Searching for multiple words is supported.
5. Example: A search for the term Mello-Roos will not be found if you use Mello or Roos.
6. A word with a dash in it is treated as a single word.
7. You may use * wildcards like *searchme, *searchme*, searchme* however search*me will be rejected.
