The Board of Directors of Brooktrails Township Community Services District met in special session on April 6, 2001 at the City of Willits Sewage Treatment Plant. The tour began at 9:00 a.m.

Roll call showed the following Directors present: Whitney, Monteleone and Estabrook. Also present were General Manager Chapman and Kris Wagner, of Perch Drive.
