2. Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance 124 amending Ordinance 93 (pertaining to board meeting dates) and Adoption of Ordinance 124 if approved.
3. Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance 125 replacing Ordinance 120 (pertaining to sewer standby charges for Fiscal Year 2004-2005) and Adoption of Ordinance 125 if approved.
4. Public Hearing on proposed Ordinance 126 (establishing an increase in the Special Fire Tax) and Adoption of Ordinance 126 if approved. NOTE: New matters related to this issue appear under the Action Agenda below.

6. If Ordinance 126 is adopted: Introduce and adopt Resolution 2004-10 Calling for a Special Election on August 31, 2004; Review and approve special election ballot measure language and Draft Ballot Statement. (30 minutes)
7. Further discussion to finalize Golf Course Proposal by Ron Runberg. (15 minutes)
8. Consideration of request from Steven Blough for extension of time period in which to produce County building permit and pay connection fees. (10 minutes)
