A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an
adjustment to the agenda.

F. PUBLIC HEARING
2. HEARING ON FY 2004/2005 BUDGET. Copies of the proposed Budget first made available to the public April 17th. Purpose of this hearing is to take public testimony. Adoption of the Fiscal Year Budget is scheduled for the June 22nd meeting.

G. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda. The Board
cannot act on items brought up at this time. Speakers may be limited to five minutes.

H. CONSENT CALENDAR ( 5 minutes)
3. Review of Accounts Payable report and authorization to issue checks.
Request for Retroactive Approval of Check (Fire Truck)

I. ACTION AGENDA
4. Appeal for a water leak billing (Mrs. Platta). (10 minutes)

5. Approval and Signing of Fire Tax Ballot "Statement that Argument in Favor of Tax Is True and Correct" ( 5 minutes)

6. Consideration of Resolution 2004-12 Approving Clearwell/Backwash Ponds Project, Finalizing Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact, and Approving Notice of Determination (10 minutes)

7. Consideration of Specific Plan Committee's Recommendations regarding
Water Tanks (20 minutes)

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
