B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.
C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.
D. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda, the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time; speakers may be limited to five minutes.

1. Review of Accounts Payable report and authorization to issue checks.

2. Report from General Manager on meeting with Department of Health, Drinking Water Division. The General Manager will provide a verbal report on his 02/27/03 meeting with State officials regarding the report from T.M. Herman & Associates on the District's water storage system. This may include a discussion of Water Availability Charges. (30 minutes)
3. Development of Goals and Objectives for up-coming year. (30 minutes)

- Review of Annual Reconciliation of Charges for Sewer by the City of Willits
- Fire Department Annual Report
- Review of Fire Dept S.O.P.
- Report on Fire Dept remuneration
- Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2002/2003 to cover the cost of an EIR for lake dredging
- Receive and file minutes of December Safety Committee Meeting
