3. Approval of minor revisions to Utilities Agreement for Brooktrails Lodge.

4. Receive and discuss report from Fire Department Board Advisory Committee. (45 minutes)
5. Consideration of a Resolution adopting a written Restricted Funds Policy. (15 minutes)
6. Consideration of a Resolution changing the name of the Water Connection Fee Fund to Water Capital Facility Fund. Repeat with Sewer Connection Fee Fund. (10 minutes)
7. Consideration of a Resolution approving Water and Sewer Projects. (25 minutes)
8. Review of recreation and other projects, including playground improvements, grant writing, and Community Center furnace replacement. Proposal is to approve the projects by motion. (10 minutes)

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
