4. Discussion of installing water meters on the long-term cabins at the Brooktrails Lodge. Proposed action is to discuss and approve by motion either regular meters at the street or telemetric meters at the cabins. (30 minutes)
5. Development of a policy governing the sale or exchange of donated lots and review of related Chapters 1 and 11 of the Specific Plan. (40 minutes)
6. Consideration of a request by Ralph Vanneman for refund of hazard abatement expense. This is a follow up to the meeting of February 11, 2002. (10 minutes)
7. Consideration of a Resolution to Amend the District's CalPERS agreement to allow employee's retirement benefit to be calculated on a one year final compensation basis. (10 minutes)
8. Discussion of the Green Committee recommendations for Golf Course Tee #9

9. Consideration of a Resolution Accepting one donated lot from Lucia Bianchi (1 minute)

NOTE: RIGHT OF APPEAL. Persons who are dissatisfied with decisions of the Board of Directors may have the right to review of that decision by a state court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
*Pursuant to Section 3.18 of Ordinance No. 93, if consideration of all matters on the agenda is not complete by 10:30 p.m., the President shall adjourn to the next regular meeting, at which time those matters shall be taken up for consideration first; except that upon motion of the Board, the meeting may be extended beyond 10:30 p.m. to a stated time.
