2. Notice of Vacancy on Board of Directors, and discussion regarding filling the position. ( 5 minutes)
3. Presentation of Fire Department Annual Report for 2001. Director of Emergency Services, Daryl Schoeppner, will present his annual report on incidents handled by the Brooktrails Fire Department in 2001. (20 minutes)
4. Review General Manager's recommendations regarding the establishment of an ad-hoc committee for the purpose of addressing the concerns of the fire department. The Board will consider establishing the committee and discuss the responsibilities, staffing, possible make-up, and other aspects. (10 minutes)
5. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing application for Federal Excess Property. This Resolution is required to update the records currently on file with CDF and will allow the District to obtain loans of Federal Excess property and equipment.

6. Consideration of a Resolution of Intention to amend PERS agreement. This is the second step in the process to amend the District's existing PERS agreement to provide Section 20042, One-Year Final Compensation. (15 minutes)
7. Report from the General Manager on the status of the District's Water Rights application through the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRQB.)

8. Review potential changes to Specific Plan. The Specific Plan was adopted by the County Board of Supervisors in December 1997. It calls for a five-year update which should be accomplished in 2003. This item was deferred at the last meeting.

9. Review of Accounts Payable report and authorization to issue checks. ( 1 minute)
