3. Consideration of Ordinance No. 119. This Ordinance would amend Ordinance No. 93 to amend Section 3.05 Order of Business; Section 6.03(a) Correspondence from the District, and would repeal Ordinance No. 118. This Ordinance was first introduced 06/25/02. Proposal is to reintroduce the ordinance and set a public hearing for the July 23, 2002 meeting.

4. Consideration of a letter to the Mendocino County Water Agency. Request for information was received on June 17, 2002. This item was carried over from the meeting of June 25, 2002.

5. Consideration of a letter to Senator Barbara Boxer in support of the California Affordable Quantity and Quality Water Act. This item was requested by the City of Willits, and the County Board of Supervisors, and if the act is passed, could result in substantial financial savings to the District.

6. Declare one public use lot as surplus property, and notice of intention to sell.

7. Consideration of a resolution establishing general policy for the use of volunteers. This is follow up from the meeting of May 14, 2002.

8. Consideration of the Biennial review of the District's Conflict of Interest Code. Every two years local agencies are required to review their code to determine if it is in need of amendment.

9. Consideration of a Resolution Accepting one donated lot from Harold & Helen Nolte.

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
