H. ACTION AGENDA
2. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 76, Chapter II, Article 4, Paragraphs 2-401 and 2-402. The amendments would limit the number of water services to one water connection per parcel or lot, which are not zoned multiple residential; two water connections per parcel or lot which are zoned "R-2"; and three or more water connections per parcel or lot which are zoned "R-3"; with exceptions for lots donated or merged. Consideration will also be given to declaring this an "Urgency Ordinance" under Paragraph 7/08 of Ordinance 93.
3. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Ordinance 76, Chapter IV,. Article 1, Paragraph 4-102. This amendment would clarify the definition of "annexed" to include a boundary line adjustment that integrates property outside of the water district into a parcel inside the water district. Consideration will also be given to declaring this an "Urgency Ordinance" under Paragraph 7/08 of Ordinance 93.
4. Review of Issuance of District Permits, Approved Maps, Consideration of an Appeal and Clarification of the Boundary Line Adjustment (#B45-92) approval by the County of Mendocino for the Lace L. May property that this may constitute an unlawful "annexation" into the Brooktrails Township Community Services District; and that the District does not have an obligation to provide this property located at 2751 Buckeye Road (AP #096-240-09, 096-251-01, and 038-020-45) with any additional water or sewer service connection to any proposed additional use over and above the existing residential unit, which already has on water and sewer service connection.
