A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.
C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.
D. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
None
E. SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Director of Emergency Services, Daryl Schoeppner, will give a special over-all presentation on the history (since 1966) and general functions of the fire department.
F. PUBLIC HEARING

G. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda, the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time; speakers may be limited to five minutes.
H. ACTION AGENDA
1. Fire Department: Presentation of Fire Department Annual Report for 2000. Director of Emergency Services, Daryl Schoeppner, will present his annual report on incidents handled by the Brooktrails Fire Department in 2000.
a) Presentation of historical and projected fire department usage
b) Presentation of Fire Department costs and revenues (Note: General Manager)
c) Discussion of options.
2. Ambulance: Quarterly Report on Use of District Ambulance. Director of Emergency Services, Daryl Schoeppner, will present the third quarterly report, covering the last six months of 2000 and the first three months of 2001.
a) Presentation of historical and projected ambulance usage
b) Presentation of ambulance costs and revenues (Note: General Manager)
c) Discussion of options.
3. Continued review of the Fire Abatement Program.
I. SPECIAL REPORTS
General Manager will report on significant activities within the District including but not limited to the following:
i. Significant Correspondence received since last meeting:
ii. Personnel
iii. Finance
iv. Planning
v. Possible upcoming agenda items
vi. Other
J. PUBLIC COMMENTS

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
