A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.
C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.

1. The Board will approve or amend and approve, the minutes of previous meetings, including:

2. Review of provisions of Proposition 218.
3. Report on Proposed Rates and Fees for Golf.
Report on Proposed Rates and Fees Water. Proposal is to schedule two Public Hearings for July 10th and July 24, 2001. Change in proposed water rates will require posting and mailing of another notice.
5. Report of proposed fire tax rate (draft 1), election costs, and time frame for the
November 6, 2001 election.
6. Schedule Public Hearing for June 12th on proposed F/Y 2001/2002 Budget.
7. Selection of Accounting Firm to provide Annual Audit and Management Report.
8. Notice of Vacancy on Brooktrails Green Committee.
9. Discussion of LAFCO apportionment for fiscal year 2001/2002.
I. SPECIAL REPORTS
General Manager will report on significant activities within the District including but not limited to the following:

a) Memo from the County of Mendocino re: amended Use Permit Application from Rob Gitlin for Brooktrails Lodge

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
