H. ACTION AGENDA
2. Consideration of a Resolution establishing a policy addressing ambulance billing and writing off uncollectible ambulance revenues. This is follow-up from the meeting of February 13, 2001.
3. Consideration of Resolution declaring existence of a public nuisance because of weeds, grasses, and other combustible vegetation on certain private parcels within the District.
4. Continued review of revised Site Development Standards Packet. This is follow up from the meeting of March 13, 2001.
5. Further Consideration of the revised Fire Abatement Program.
6. Consideration of scheduling a special meeting for Saturday, April 14, 2001 to review preliminary Fiscal Year 2001/2002 Budget.
7. Consideration of a response to the Notice of Preparation for a Draft EIS/EIR from the City of Willits for its Long Term Wastewater Treatment Project.

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
