The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.
D. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
1. The Board will approve or amend and approve, the minutes of previous meetings, including:

E. SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Dr. Robert Gitlin and his representative, Mr. Jim Ronco, will present a review of their revised plan for the Brooktrails Lodge property, which includes a change in occupancy classification of the motel and cabins from short term to long term rental units.

G. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda, the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time; speakers may be limited to five minutes.
H. ACTION AGENDA
2. Review of material to be presented to the Board of Supervisors at the appeal hearing of the approval of a use permit application filed by Lace May to construct a second residence and repair shop at the end of Buckeye Road. The hearing is scheduled for February 13th.
3. Quarterly Report on Use of District Ambulance. Director of Emergency Services, Daryl Schoeppner, has prepared the quarterly report covering the period of 12/01 - 12/31/2000.
4. Proposed modifications to Brooktrails Township 2001 Fuel Reduction (Fire Abatement) Program. This item is carried over from the meeting of January 9, 2001.
5. Discussion of schedule and possible agenda items for annual the planning meeting. This item is carried over from the meeting of January 9, 2001.
I. SPECIAL REPORTS
General Manager will report on significant activities within the District including but not limited to the following:
i. Significant Correspondence received since last meeting:
Letter from MCOG regarding the Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan, and review of draft response. This item is carried over from the meeting of January 9, 2001.

The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to 90 days the time within which decisions of the District's Board and agencies may be judicially challenged in state court.
