A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.
C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.
D. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
1. The Board will approve or amend and approve, the minutes of previous meetings, including:

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda, the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time; speakers may be limited to five minutes.
H. ACTION AGENDA
2. Consideration of our participation financially in maintaining one Animal Control officer for the North County. This is in response to District Resolution No. 1997-40, requesting additional animal control enforcement. The County is looking for an annual $3000 to $5000 contribution from the District, starting in 2000/2001.
3. Report from Director Estabrook on the impact of lot reduction programs on water and sewer rates.
4. Review of Draft Goals and Objectives for possible Board Committees.
5. Discussion of the particulars for the Annual Planning Meeting.
6. Review of possible articles for annual newsletter.
I. SPECIAL REPORTS
General Manager will report on significant activities within the District including but not limited to the following:

v. Possible upcoming agenda items
Review of Meeting Schedule for the next two months
