The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.
C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.

E. PUBLIC HEARING
2. CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 110.
ORDINANCE FIRST INTRODUCED 06/29/99, REVISED AND REINTRODUCED 07/13/99.
This Ordinance would amend Ordinance No. 29 to provide for specified increases in the Special Fire Tax, including annual adjustments in the first ten years. Final approval would be subject to a 2/3 vote of the electorate at the November 2, 1999 consolidated election. Note: If enacted, a draft Ballot Statement has been drafted for the Board's consideration.
F. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda, the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time; speakers may be limited to five minutes.
G. ACTION AGENDA
3. Notice of Resignation of Susan Wishart from the Green Committee and announcement of vacancy.
H. SPECIAL REPORTS
General Manager will report on significant activities within the District including but not limited to the following:
