The presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the Agenda.

2. Hearing on Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Budget;
copies of the proposed Budget first made available to the public April 27. Purpose of this hearing is to now take public testimony. No action is scheduled until the July 13 meeting.
3. Hearing on Five Year Capital Improvement Plan Update, copies of the draft Plan were made available to the public April 27. Purpose of this hearing is to now take public testimony. No action scheduled until the July 13 meeting.
G. ACTION AGENDA
4. Continued Consideration of a Proposed Ordinance providing for the protection of Brooktrails Redwood Park by providing for regulations governing the conduct of Designated Officers and repealing Ordinance No. 64, and scheduling a public hearing for June 29, 1999.
5. Consideration of the adoption of a
Resolution establishing the annual tax appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 1999-2000.
6. Annual review of District's Investment Policy contained in Resolution 1998-21.
7. Budget Workshop: Continued discussion of options related to providing Fire Services.
H. SPECIAL REPORTS
8. General Manager will report on significant activities within the District, including, but not limited to the following:
