Lena Ashley from CalTrans will discuss the Willits Bypass.
F. PUBLIC HEARING
2. Proposed Water Rates Adjustments. At the December 15th meeting, the General Manager filed a report suggesting an adjustment to the existing water rates to provide for needed Capital replacement. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony. A Resolution approving the revisions has been presented for Board consideration.
G. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda; the Board cannot act on items brought up at this time, speakers may be limited to 5 minutes.
