A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Presiding Officer will lead Board members and the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. ROLL CALL
The Presiding Officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

C. ADDITIONS/ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA
The Presiding Officer will determine if Board members wish to add an item or make an adjustment to the agenda.

D. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS (Brief question periods will follow each report.)

1. Director Orth, Supervisor Hal Wagenet, and Phil Dow, Executive Director, MCOG: Update on Willits Bypass (potential downsizing from 4-lane to 2-lane phased project) and Second Access Road (45 minutes)

2. Recreation, Greenbelt & Conservation Committee, Chair Mary Ziady:
Annual Report on Committee Scope and Activities (20 minutes)

3. District General Manager Mike Chapman: Report to the Community on
Potential Water Sources/Storage Methods and on Future Growth (30 minutes)

4. Dedication Ceremony, Ohl Redwood Grove


E. PUBLIC HEARING
None

F. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the Agenda. The Board
cannot act on items brought up at this time. Speakers will be limited to five minutes.

G. ADDITIONS TO FUTURE AGENDAS
The Board may specify items to be added to future agendas.

H. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn.
